About Me
about me...well, i am one of millions of people that struggle with weight. i have become fat and unhappy while being fat and happy and that is going to change.
i am looking to lose about 80 pounds over the next year and get to a healthy 160 -- i am working on getting to a place where i'll run the Bolder Boulder this year with a time that i am proud of...and there is a half marathon in november that i'd love to do with a friend.
i am hoping to achieve 2 pounds a week understanding there will be ups and downs along the way -- but it's getting there -- and that is important.
my mantra -- Distraction is NOT the Destination!
