Well jump start this year with a good attitude about losing weight. I have a goal set for 50lbs to lose. Its now like May.. and really haven't pushed the exercising part til recently. With a good diet and exercising I was able to lose at least 10lbs and maintain. I need to get out of my comfort zone though and try to lose some more. So week goal is to loss 5lbs. Wish me luck :) I am trying to keep my daily intake to at least 1200 calories. I will keep you guys posted Thanks
