I am a 40 year old mother of 5. I realized a few weeks ago that my clothes wer uncomfortable and that I had strayed so far away from healthy eating that I had gained 21 lbs in less than 2 months. I am going to start slow and reach small goals day by day. My initial weight loss goal is to lose the 21 lbs i gained recently and then i will work on my long term goal of losing 40 more lbs. I hope to do this by tracking my calories, exercising properly, cutting out carbonated drinks, and replacing them with water.
