Married since 2002, 1 daughter (5). I have basically struggled with my weight my entire adult life. I carry it fairly well however. I need to have short term goals. My first one is to be 208 lbs. The reason is because I got all the way down to 209 back in 2009 so I want to beat that. Secondly, I want to get under 200. Finally. I think my goal should be 175-180. That's perfect for me. I know what I have to do to reach that goal. It's just a matter of stop being a lazy bones and do it. I also need to track each and every thing I put into my body. That's the key. Ok people. Time to change my life!
