About Me
I'm actually pretty happy about my appearance, my health and my fitness level. However, that being said, I'd like to tweak all fronts. I was the same weight FOREVA, until I had a sports injury. It was then that I realized that my weight wasn't regulated by my diet, but by my high activity level, and when I could no longer be active my weight went up up up.

My injury has mostly healed, but career, my fella, my puppy and just life have kept me to a more modest activity level. I lost most of the weight, but have another 15-20 lbs to get me back to what I consider my "normal" weight. It's been a couple of years and I may have to concede that time and a slower metabolism have taken their toll, but not without one more kick at the can where I actually put some effort into losing weight. I've played with TDP in the past, but this is the first time where I'm using it consistantly, and I'm hoping it will help me achieve results.

So that's where I am now. I'm an emotional eater, with a strong penchant for baked goods. I run, pole dance, and play tackle football. I want to lose about 15 or 20 pounds, but without comprimising my strength or fitness performance.
