About Me
Finally getting around to updating this (April already)- New year and I've been working hard on the bike and run - swim not so much - that is still going well... Last year was a good year for the TRI's and this year will be even better. Managed to put in over 6K miles on the bike last year, but not so great on the running.. so that will be something that needs definite improvement.. and I have been working it hard. Fun how a couple years of hard work really starts to pay off...and this year I will compete in the 50 year old age group!
