I own a business and work from home so I don't get much of an oppertunity to work out. I'm extremely busy and tend to eat on the run. I joined this site because I want to lose at least 20 pounds (I'm sure once that goal is reached I'll want to lose more). I'm one who craves sweets especially at that special time of the month that I hate :( I joined this site to help me stay on track and be motivated. I think the hardest thing I've learned already is portion control. When something is tasty it's hard to stop eating.
