About Me
I am 5'9" and 30 years old. I fluctuate between 140-145 pounds, though my goal is 135lbs. Seven years ago I weighed, if I remember correctly, 185lbs. It's been a very slow, very long process to lose the weight I have, but I have done it in the most healthy way I know how.
I have begun exercising more (and even enjoying it sometimes!) About four years ago, I started doing pilates, and I love it. I've recently started working out at my school gym, mainly focusing on cardio (bike and elliptical), and sporadically take yoga or pilates classes.
Three years ago, I became a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I try to eat whole grains as much as possible, and stay away from refined sugars and flours. I really focus on eating a healthy, balanced diet filled with fruits, vegetables, grains, beans/legumes/nuts, and calcium. I know my diet could use improvements, but I'm generally happy with how and what I eat.
