I always have been health conscious but not consistant and exercising has always been a chore, However, yoga is rejuvenating and good for strees but not weightloss. Recently after waching vegan-girl on netflix.I was disgusted of all the alarming facts dairy and meat contribute to my body and the reson why I haven't lost any weight.I litterally became a vegetarian over night and still for the past 2 weeks.
The weight is finally dropping off with out even trying.I've lost about 4lbs without missing meat or dairy at all.I replaced everything in my pantry and i have more energy so I want to make an effort and commit to a good exercise routine with this new found energy...
