  “this is my first day to join since i obviously cannot do this by myself.  I have been diagnosed with Hyperinsulinemia, which basically means a low-car, low-sugar diet...this is for someone who has drank a 6 pack of soda, candy, and whatever the hell i ever wanted for basically 25+ years...I tried myself, but found to start having many behaviors like a crack head, in my hiding and searching of sugar....and then when found and consumed, the guilt ensues. its seems to be a never ending battle that I feel very defeated and disguisted w/my self at this point.  I HAVE to do this..if I dont, I will end up like the rest of my family who have pretty much all been killed by diabetes, of which hyperinsulinemia tends to evolve into.  It's even harder that I am not over weight, I was in childhood through my early 20's but then it all came off by the time i was 25..ten years later here i am...flacid and gently killing myself with sugar and carbs...what do I do?  Could really use some encouragement and advice at this time please....b/c right now I just want to come out of my skin...”
