I am: spew of syllables, the step on the staircase you forget is there, flickering light attracting wayward moths, gypsy blood anemic due to understimulation, touching without feeling, crack-crack-cracking like eggshells, metal heart, telephone wires cut, annihilator of imperfection, butterfly you cannot pin down and mount upon your wall, bird wings beat-beat-beating, cherry ghosts, skin & bones & embarrassing heart projected upon a white wall, the words to that one song you can never remember who sings, repossessed renegade, streetlight glow, lying on the bathroom floor, kaleidoscope organs, the wrong chord resonating, warrior soul, a flower blooming-wilting-blooming & wilting again & again, caught in crossfire, vague vagabond, a Technicolor girl living in black-and-white world, doe-eyed dreamer, cat clawing, unintentional schemer, criminal lullaby, apple unpeeled, skeletons never revealed, rib-caged restlessness, barely balancing, head and heart dancing in a twisted tango, living like a deer in headlights, jigsaw displaced, constant eulogizer, oatmeal mush for logic, a chemical reaction without satisfaction, low like Sunday & high like heaven, the wave that breaks hard & fast & pulls you under.
