“LOL sooo I felt old today. my knees were hurting and so I ditched my high intensity and dropped my time WAY down. Instead of intervals for 90 minutes; I did 20 minutes of 3.5mph.  That was enough to have my knees screaming in pain so I stopped. SO, instead of eating what I want because my workout burned off those calories, I get to eat "light" today. Mostly pure veggies. ew! lol Ah well, incentive for my body to not hurt tomorrow. I like my food too much to do without meat and the good stuff, potatoes!”

“My knees are hurting today so I took a break from my high intensity. I only did 20 minutes at 3.5 on the treadmill, but I plan to do some stretching and core building with a home dvd. :) *smiles* today is a good day!”

“Take your measurements! fat takes up alot of room and weighs a little. muscle takes up less room and weighs more. Just because you don't see the pounds flying off doesn't mean this isn't working.  You  may be gaining muscle and losing fat and remaining at nearly the same weight...  your measurements will show that difference and help with the "plateaus" in weight. Muscle burns more energy so it's a good trade.  It's always encouraging to SEE the difference you're making in pounds AND in inches. Best of luck to all!!!”

“Well I did 90 minutes on the treadmill.  Intervalls at 3.0, 3.5 and 4.5 at 5 minutes each. I did not feel "winded", but the 4.5 was hard at the end. I think I'll stick to this for this week. :) My legs hurt and I'm gunna go stretch to mebbe keep the cramps from setting in too bad tonight. :)”
