About Me
Hello. My name is Miranda and about 2 years ago I deceided I needed to lose weight. I weighed 233 lbs. I lost 43 lbs and was down to 190. I told myself I would never be 200 lbs again, well I am now 204. I am determined to lose the weight. I am here for support and motivation.

    “My name is Miranda and I am new to this group.  I am returning to Livestrong after a "I don't need this, I can do it on my own" break.  Well, I do need this and I am not very successful on my own.  I am your typical emotional eater.  I am working on it.  Exercise isn't really a problem for me.  In October I started the couch to 5 K program and completed it.  I ran my first 5K in Feb and my second in March and knocked of 2 mins from my previous.  My problem is the food.  I haven't gained or lost any weight from starting the couch to 5k program.  But I ate whatever I wanted. "I can eat that because I run"  WHATEVER.  Today is a new beginnig. SW 204 GW 140 I need some people to kick my butt in gear and help me change my attitude about food!    ”
