I am a chocoholic! Usually I eat very heathy and then ruin it with chocolate. I began exercising 7-9 hours a week for the last year and a half, and I lost 40lbs last year from my all time high. My gain was partly the result of medication I took after my mother passed away. They are starting to creep back on so, I am tracking my food intake for my doctor and myself. Would like to loose this belly! I've really have to starve myself to loose weight in the past, and give up wheat and milk products. And, yeah, I do know that milk chocolate has milk in it and goes against my philosophy.
