I love to run and have been in a slew of 5ks in the past two years. I'm not a fast runner, but I enjoy being beaten by senior citizens and high school kids. Due to the gas crisis of '08, I started biking. I used to do long distance biking back in the day, but now I just want to go to the grocery store, etc. I have 3 bikes: a Trek Lime, a Jamis Commuter 3 ( my fave bike) and my cool little folding bike, the Sun Cayne Rambler. I've also gotten into kettlebells and wow, it has really made a difference in my life. I also have a Bosu balance trainer and I'm equally impressed by it. And I guess that sums up my workout routines.
