About Me
Hi, I'm Rachel and I'm a human yo-yo when it comes to weight. At maximum blimp-age, I was 210, at my lowest, I was a svelte (for me) 150. I'd love to lose down to 145, slowly and as healthy as possible. Every morning I try to get up and walk/jog about 3 miles, or kayak or hike. I'm not a gym person, and I'd rather be outside. I love to read, write and be with my friends. I love a good drink on a pretty deck. I have an awesome boyfriend who's recently lost 25 pounds. I want us to be healthy together!
