Logging progress as I try to stay fit in college.
I'm an English Major and I want to be an author/work in publishing.
My typical workout is a hybrid of cardio (usually intervals on the elliptical), weight training exercises I've picked up over the last 10 years, and P90X (especially the Arms and Shoulders workout and the Leg exercises from Legs and Back).
Biggest Weight Loss Success Move: In the summer of '11, I began cooking vegan meals. Bear in mind, I was raised a DEVOUT carnivore, so I could never become 100% vegan. However, I noticed a huge change in energy levels, weight loss, and overall health just by eating 4-10 vegan meals a week. I aim to eat vegan for any meals that I'm just eating because it's meal time, ie: Oh, it's 7 pm on a Tuesday, I should make some dinner. I still let myself eat what I want if I'm out with friends/on a date/etc.
