Typical week for me:

I have a gym membership through my employeer - onsite facility where I attend Classes in the afternoon). I also have a Family Membership at the YMCA.

Monday afternoon: Triple B (muscle conditioning using Bands DumbBells, BodyBar, Stability Ball - 40 mins)

Tuesday Evening: Spinning at the YMCA. (60 mins)

Wednesday afternoon: Body Sculpt (muscle conditioning class 40 mins) and Bender Ball Abs (15 min)

Friday afternoon: Pyscho (Advanced Bootcamp - usually all men and MAYBE one other girl in this class 40 min class) or Cycle & Strengh (more like cycle bootcamp)(40 mins)

Saturday AM: Spin Class at the YMCA - (45 mins)

Sunday:Family Bootcamp with my Girls on Sudays (45 mins)

I'll fit in a BodyPump class at the YMCA anywhere that I can fit it in - Another GREAT class (60 mins)

I LOVE LIVESTONG.COM - Back in DEC. 09 I found out that I have High Cholestoral. It was a shock to me becasue I thought I ate well, I exercise 3-4 times weekly and an in fairly good shape. It runs in the family so there for I am at risk.... Being that I track somewhat diligently I found out that I only averaged 10mg of fiber a day. You should have 25mg or more. FIBER is an excellent food source agent when trying to lower high cholestoral. At my next check up, in about 9 mo, I will see if adding MORE fiber to my diet really pays off.
