My name is Cinthya. I'm 25 years old and I live in Southern California. I'm a mom and a wife and take those responsibilities very seriously. I'm currently working to get in shape so I can keep up with my son and look great for my husband. I'm trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and avoid junk and fast food. My goal is to walk 2+ miles per day, 5 days a week as well as hit the gym for one hour per day, 3 days a week. My weight goal is 115-117. I don't want to just be slender, I want to get into shape, build muscle, and be healthier.
