    “ I stopped actually tracking every single calorie because I used to have an eating disorder and counting calories is a very, very slippery slope for me,  I keep a general running total in my head during the day but I had to stop measuring and counting various small bites and bits of things that come across me during the day, but now of course my weight loss and slowed MAJORLY. It's hard for me to find the balance :( ”

    “i made homemade enchiladas yesterday, as well as slow cooked beans and a salad.  mexican isn't that bad for you if you make it yourself and use lower cal/fat ingredients, you know exactly what's goin in there and you can make modifications yourself. i had a group of about 8 people over to eat last night and no one could even taste the difference between mine and restaurant enchiladas, sodium wasn't too bad either.. and actually i weighed myself this morning and ! alas!! no water weight gain!”
