I'm a 26 yr old consultant, living in NYC but traveling for work every week. I've been trying to drop 20 - 30lbs for the past...I don't know, since high school! I'm 5'7" and ideally I'd like to weigh 125lbs.
The good thing about losing weight for me is that I like to work out. I love running and weight training because I can easily see my body's transformation. The problem of course lies with eating and that's why I'm here, trying to stay accountable for what I put in my mouth.
There's been so many breaks and lags in my weight loss attempt but I see a downward trend, thankfully :)
