I've joined here to get back into shape. I've been doing Crossfit since November but tore some ankle ligaments in January which put me on the sidelines the past six weeks. My plan is to get back to where I was and progress further and further.
My goals:
1.Deadlift 100kg
2.Run 5 miles in sub 40 mins
3.Perform a muscle-up
4.Get my body fat down to 10%
