started working out on jan 1st 2010 and have not stopped. i love being physically fit and motivating others to do so. i lost 40 lbs in 6 months and have kept if off. in 2011 feb, i joined a coed soccer team and i am loving it. i run, and love it. love zumba and spinning and cardio kick and advanced cardio classes. i have run in 3 races so far and made good times. my greatest fear is injury as i dont want to stop what i am doing. but i will fear no more and promise to warm up an cool down before each exercise to minimize injury.
