my workout- weight lifting (3 days a week), HIIT or cardio (3 days a week), one rest day.
Right now im doing a 4 day split routine with the weights.
Im going to see how this goes for a while then switch it up again. I never skip going to the gym. It's just like showering, or brushing your teeth, you do it everyday even if u dont feel like it. My workouts never last longer than an hour so theres never a problem fitting them in.

I eat mostly clean, nutritionally dense foods but don't eliminate artificial sweeteners or alcohol. Im pretty boring with my food. I eat a lot of the same stuff and prefer plain, bland foods. I dont cook or use recipes. I eat food as it is.

I dont track alcohol, so days where my calories are lower than 1200 are days that i have taken in calories from alcohol that i havent tracked. I dont "cheat" food-wise (i dont understand that concept or why people do it), so this is the one area i want to be be flexible with. I only use calorie free mixers in my drinks, but dont keep track of the amount i drink, since that isnt fun.
