I am currently an overweight Junior. I have the best support system in the world, between my friends and family and especially my trainer. She is such a sweet lady...Yet i still struggle to lose weight. Between school, band and work it doesnt leave a lot of time in my day to work out, cook healthy meals, and eat at the perfered hours...I often dream of being the girl that makes everyones jaws drop when i walk into the room. However, i feel like i have a mental mind block. And I want to kick myself in the ALL the time because i eat something I shouldn't or don't push myself to go workout. My life is wonderful, but i feel....actually i KNOW my weight is holding me back. I need help
