During highschool I was always about 10 lbs heavier than I wanted to be, after highschool I gained about 15 pounds and then I got married and gained another 15. I'd be thrilled to get back into my size 8 jeans from senior year... So my goal is to lose 1.5 lbs a week for the next few months and this time I'm not using any diet pills or fad diet plans or exercise gizmos. I'm going to eat right, take my dogs for walks and if I'm feeling really ambitous I got a workout game for my WII :)
Ok I'm putting on here my short term goals:
Jan 30th: 165 *achieved!! 164.8 lbs on Jan 28th*
Feb 28th: 159 *acheived! a little late on March 4th but I made it!!!*
Mar 31: 153
Apr 30: 146
May 30: 140!
then just maintain, maintain, maintian :) Once I get to 140 I plan to take a break on the weightloss and just work on staying healthy, maintaining that weight and toning up. I'll reassess in July and see if I should lose more, or if I'm happy at that :)
