Working on making positive changes in my life. I've changed my eating habits for the better and laid off the heavy drinking. I'm down nearly 60lbs now but I still have a long ways to go. My goal is to be at around 150lbs by my 30th birthday, February 13 of 2011. It's going to require some serious effort and discipline on my part but I believe it can be done.
