About Me
I'm 5'10 and started on TDP in February at 195, and have met my goal of 160 since then (yay!). I'm definitely the poster child for sticking with it-I don't believe in having your calories set too low, not allowing yourself things you love, or the word restricted. I DO believe in moderation, exercise (cardio AND weights! And switching it up!) and in finding peace with the knowledge that your weight fluctuates. A lot.

That said, I'd like to see if I can hit 150, just for shits and giggles. My friends started saying I look "tiny" lately, which is bizarre and slightly embarrassing/slightly flattering. But as one elaborated..."not in a too-skinny way or anything!"

And no, in case you're looking at my groups and wondering, I don't have leprosy. It's just the name of a group. It's a joke...I didn't say it was a FUNNY one.
