About Me
I'm 40, married to a great guy and a happy mom to 2 little girls. I have a history of being a binge/closet eater. I been exercising regularly since the end of 2007 and am now ready to conquer my food issues. I honestly don't know if I can co-exist peacefully with food? It is my drug of choice. I think there will always be an inner struggle, but I hope that by making good decisions, good habits will form! I'm on a mission to finally find balance and become healthy. I lost over 100 pounds 10 years ago - but in a very unhealthy way. I always remember this quote: If you want it, you'll find a way. If you don't ... you'll find an excuse. I'm finding my way.
