I'm a recovered anorexic turned binge-eater, trying to lose some extra weight the RIGHT way. I'm determined to keep a healthy outlook and not slip back into eating-disordered behaviors. My anorexic mindset is almost completely gone; I'm just dropping a few pounds to help my body be as healthy as possible. I'd also like to work on identifying why I binge and preventing it. About my diet: I am a vegetarian and avid supporter of the slow food movement (http://www.slowfood.com/). I love love LOVE to cook and share food with family and friends. I try to eat a diet as 'clean' and close to nature as possible, so I rarely eat anything heavily processed like frozen TV dinners. Sometimes I'll have treats that don't exactly fall into the healthy category, but they're limited and help me enjoy life a little bit more! Everything in moderation, right?
