About Me
Im Tommy from Joplin Missouri. Im 42 and back on my weight loss journey. I am single and 407 lbs as of today. I restarted at 415 and my former high was 447 lbs. Ive had a trying year with the tornado and all. Lost my job, Lost my Apartment, Lost my drivers license because I cant make my child support right now. I very badly needed a new start.     “My start date on Jackson Challenge was Dec 19 2011 Im in group 67 My weight change this week is +3 My total weight loss is 15 lbs on jackson My current weight is 400 my goal weight is 265 my start weight was 415 I have 85lbs to go on the Jackson Challenge. Did anyone else have a problem with the calorie tracker? I had my stats in and it gave me 2326 cals a day to lose 4 lbs a week. I reentered my numbers today and it changed it to 1877. I gained 3 lbs with the wrong figures. Now I have to figure out where to cut 500 calories a day. Back to the drawing board.”

    “Sorry Im late. Been a crazy week. Im in group 67 I joined Jackson Challenge Dec 19, 2011 My start weight was 415 lbs. My current weight is 396 Loss this week 3 lbs. My goal weight is 265 I just enjoyed a nice salad after cheating today with my nemisis Cheese ! Im reading your posts to motivate me some more and next weigh in should be better.     “I am checking in this week however I havent been able to weigh. Its been a really hectic week for me. I have been shooting The Weather Channel show about my experience during the F5 tornado in Joplin Mo. We didnt get finished with the shoot until midnight last night. Ate alot of quick or on the road foods but have counted the calories each day. Hoping this week gets much more stable as it goes. lol. Im still feeling good and motivated and I can see my body changing. My stomach has sunk in around the middle. Face thinner and a few people have noticed. I wish you all continued success and Ill see ya next Monday with a weigh in.”

I didnt have a great week. Ate alot of wrong foods but mostly kept under the calorie goal each day. I need to work on getting better sleep and being more active. ”
