I've had an emotional month, but hopefully that's behind me now. I had 2 deaths in the family since the middle of April. One of them being my grandma. I never realized how hard it would be losing someone so close to me. On top of my grandma passing I was fighting Bronchitis and an ear infection. I think after 2 trips to urgent care and becoming Walgreens favorite customer I've finally beat it! Right now I'm trying to get my life situated again and get back to my running, working out and eating healthier. Hopefully next week I'll post a loss.

Great Job to everyone last week!! I've been gone the past few weeks. I've had a lot going on in my personal and work life lately. I've come to the conclusion i'm no longer a stress eater, but a stress drinker..... I haven't been able to eat like I should, because i've been traveling a lot. I've been trying to get my exercising in and for the most part have managed to complete most of it! I think that's what kept me from gaining more!! I really just need to try to find more time for myself until things settle down and focus on me a little more. On a exciting note! My Half Marathon is coming up! I can't believe that in a month i'll be running it! On Sunday I did 10 miles which is 10 miles more than i ever thought i'd do! Have a great week everyone and i'm going to try not to be a stranger!

I'm really proud of that 1 pound because I had a really tough weekend of having to say no to one of my favorite treats! I had to make 276 Buckeyes for my fundraising. I only had 1 buckeye all weekend! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Great Job to everyone this week! Saw a lot of great losses. Unfortunately I wasn't one of them, but I kind of thought i'd have a gain. Hubby and I went out of town for St. Patty's day. Ate yummy food, drank a lot and posted a gain. I had planned on getting more workouts in last week to counteract the weekend a little but then Tuesday night I had a sneezing fit and think I pulled a muscule in my side so that made for a few days of rest.... On Saturday I was feeling better and went and did run/walk for 5 miles with my group run. This week it's getting back on track! Here's to a great week ahead!
