Next week I want to see 158.4 ... My vacation starts on may 4th. need to be 154 by then. That means need 2 lb loss each week. I suck at exercising. Havent been to gym since March 20th. Well plan is start gym from tommorow”

“Hi all,
We just moved to a new house this w/e and hence unable to find my scale. I did weigh my self in the gym on Monday so I will use that weight

“I started the group a little late ... 2 weeks after the program started.
CSW- 171 goal: 158 lb . LW 163.6 final weight -163 lb total loss 8 lbs ( 5 lbs less that goal)
I am happy with the weight loss. I would like to continue this in the spring. I am taking a vacation in May here is my new goal
Spring challange:
CSW:163 CW:163 Goal :151 lb by May 1st
Health goal: start drinking more water

“CSW-170 LW 167 CW 165.8 lost -1.2 lb . Happy with it. It could have been better without w/e binge eating. My next week goal is 162.8. I am hosting a party on saturday. Hope to be good on all other days. Congrats to all of us who are trying to lose weight for better health:)”

“ On Friday I steped on the scale and saw 165.8 ( LW was 167). I was soooo excited. I thought I will be 165 by the weigh in day. Sat and Sunday I enede up overeating:( Today I am back to 167:( . Lets see what happens tommorow.
