“Hi all! I am trying to get back into my diet and exercise routine. I want to buy a heart monitor but have no idea which one might work best. I need to be able to make sure I'm getting the maximum out of my cardio time. Does anyone here have any recommendations? I am 5'3", and 171 lbs; my goal weight is 130 lbs. I am 48 years old.
