I'm 26 and I've become a student again. I never thought I was at my ideal weight but also never though it was bad enough to actually motivate to lose the 10 lbs or so that were just extra... until that 10 became 15 which became 20 and then 25 etc... Finally I was somewhere up near 167, heavier than my boyfriend at the time, and embarrassed about everything (including the fact that i didn't fit in my wardrobe). I haven't been 140 lbs since high school and I'm hoping this website keeps me on track. I have my goal as 135 because I would LOVE to live in the little 5 lb grace space of 135-140. Hitting the low end will keep me there I think.
Update**: I am now 27 and didn't succeed on my first update in losing weight. Round 2.
Update**: I am about to turn 28 and got down to 150 only to go back up to 160. Round 3.
