“So, I'm back after a very very long absence. I want to lose at least 80 lbs, which my nutritionist has told me not to get upset if it takes 2 years to do, because that would be healthy weight loss... I weighed in there at the beginning of the year at 250 so I'll use that as my starting weight.

“Hi all! I'm back after a very very long absence. And yes, I exercised today! I joined the Y down the block from my home and today I swam for 30 minutes. I then rewarded myself with 15 minutes in the dry sauna. My muscles enjoyed that! Anywho, good luck to everyone, I hope you all meet your goals!”
