My weight loss to date:
I count calories & recently started working out. I weigh in on Mondays,and allow myself to have ONE cheat meal on Mondays. I am making this lifestyle change for good, no more going back to my old ways. I want to be a postive role model for my son, and I don't want him to lead the life I have led.
I have always struggled with my weight since I was 15 or 16. I let myself go after I graduated HS & ballooned to 190 lbs. I did some unhealthy things to get down to 135 in a short time frame of 4 months. Needless to say, as soon as I stopped doing those unhealthy things, I gained it ALL back w/in 3 months. 2 weeks after I realized I had gained all my weight back, I found out I was pregnant. I weighed 194 lbs.
I gained 67 lbs during my pregnancy, maxing out at 261 when I gave birth on December 4, 2007. I didn't do anything to loose weight until I started counting calories on TDP. I started on 1/8/08 & weighed 237.8.
It is now 12/29/08 and I am at 211.4 after getting down to 200.0. I am back on track and am staying on track until I get to my GW.
My goal is to get to 136 (at least- we will see if I want to be smaller once we get there). I would like to be at 136 by the end of the year.
