So in about a year I am going to New Zealand for a semester abroad. Needless to say I want to be able to 100% experience it! I want to be able to hike and bungee jump and raft and all that. So I need to lose about 50lbs before then. I've been trying since January but a huge struggle with emotional eating and terrible relationship events have left me making no progress. I would love to get encouragement from people and advice! Wish me luck!
