I'm 36 and I decided last year I had spent way too much time out of shape and overweight. So in January 2010 I started lifting weights, counting calories on the daily plate, and running. I've lost about 64 pounds so far and at least 6" off my waist. I went from no even being able to run a mile to completing 4 5K races this year. I'm so glad I committed to this change.
