I'm here in hopes that I'll learn about myself and what motivates me and helps me to lose weight. I have gone down this path many times before, only to be met with my own failure. I want this to work out - I have a lot of weight to lose, and I'm always looking for tips on getting and staying motivated as well as new things to try...if it's not fun or if it feels too overwhelming/difficult, I end up not sticking to it, so I would love any suggestions that will help me on my journey!
