This will be my second attempt at getting to my goal weight of 125 lbs. For my 5'4" frame, this should be where I'm at. I have about 20 pounds to lose..... again!
The food diary will be very helpful and I will keep on top of updating my blog - I believe that being accountable to my family will be the key to my success. I owe them, and I owe myself to be the best that I can.
