About Me
Just getting started using The Daily Plate to "know when to stop". If I listen to my appetite, I just keep putting on a tiny bit at a time.
Previous attempts at calorie counting included so much guesswork for everything other than packaged meals and snacks. This feels so much better, I really think I am going to get back to "overweight" instead of "obese" as I am now.
3 weeks in ... and all is well - seems to be working exactly as I would have wished.
4 weeks in ... on a plateau.
5 weeks in ... 13 lbs down - reset activity level to totally sedentary and add in all walking , even station to office, and the revised goals have just made the difference. This is working.
3 months coming up and 18lbs down - steady as she goes ...
6 months now and still averaging 1Lb/week. Will need a new photo soon ...
