I have a history of making terrible decisions when it comes to my physical health. Emotional eating is the one addiction I've never been able to walk away from.
But, 2010 saw many major life changes for me. In 2011 I feel, finally, that I'm at a point where I can kick my butt into gear and take this up-hill weight battle down.
