I am learning more about my body's wants and needs. I have decided to give up bodybuilding to focus on more aerobic exercises to boost my stamina and energy levels. I am very athletic and currently weigh about 217 pounds. I would like to get that down to about 185. I have no idea if my body will allow me to lose 32 lbs, but we will see...I want to focus on increasing my flexibility and shaping my body, so I can live a long, healthy life. I enjoy playing golf, hockey, football on the beach, sailboat racing and any other sport that comes my way. I want to keep my body in good shape, so I can enjoy those activities for as long as possible!
