Hi folks :) Im tring hard to keep on track with my lifestyle change. I had to quit smoking, lower sodium intake, lower calories, exercise at least 20 mins a day. I had two heart stents placed on March 3 2009. I didnt have a stroke or heart attack.. i was lucky. I inhertited heart dieases from my parents (you would think they could have left me china or money huh? lol) Seriously...its been a challenge but doing good so far. I found this site looking for heart healthy was in life. Soooo hears hoping to make it to my goal of loosing more weight, and not smoking (huge challenge) and...just getting healthy at 41 yrs old. Wanna live to see my grand kids someday :)
