I started out with 97 lbs. to lose. I had 70 lbs. to lose as of 03/26/10.
12/08/10: Gained back 17 lbs! Planning to track, track, track, and watching my calories.
12/18/10: Need to focus on the weekend libation.
10/20/11: Renewed resolve to lose this weight! Making changes to my eating and drinking habits. Joined a challenge and have lost 1 lb in 1 week!
04/14/12: Finally below 190. Trying to get to 188 by the end of the month. This is hard!!

    My starting date is 10/10/11. My group number is 66. Mygain for last week is 2 pounds. My total loss on the Jackson's Challenge is 9.2 pounds.

    I have 90.8 pounds left to lose to meet the Jackson's Challenge.

    All of the stress eating has caught up with me. My sister is now out of the hospital, recouping at home. Such a relief. I have resumed going to the gym and being more active. I completed 30 minutes on the elliptical! That was a HUGE accomplishment for me. I hope my knee behaves. I strained it yesterday carrying too many groceries. Icing and stretching. Thanks to all of the soldiers out there, alive as well as gone from us. Have a great week everyone!!
