Workout: Gym (cardio & strength)
- 5 days/week, 1hr/day average
- Cardio: treadmill & elliptical (current goal: 5K run by September)
- Strength: focus on abs, thighs, arms; 90min/week
- mornings, lunchtimes or afternoon/evening, depending on work/classes
