    “So my weight progress widget on my homescreen is stuck at 37,  As of my last weigh in i have lost 44 lbs and it's really annoying me that it's still showing up at 37. I like seeing my actual progress everytime i log on.  It keeps me motivated.  Is anyone else's Weight Progress widget stuck?”

    “ It's funny since i started dieting its like every meal is an event. it takes planning, and fore-thought and logistics.before i allow myself to eat anything i must find out how it fits into my calorie goals and protien:carb:fat ratio for the day.  Not only that, but we must then figure out how eating this now might effect any potential meals i might want to have in the rest of the day. The only way i have come up with to describe it to people who haven't dieted like most of us on here are dieting is that "imagine having to sign a form everytime you pee."  There really is that much red tape. ”

    “ So i am not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this question but when looking at the calories of raw chicken wings/drumsticks/bone-in chicken: if it says 112 g is 100 calories does that mean 112 g of chicken with the bone or without the bone?  I have a feeling that it's without but i just want to make sure. I just got a kitchen scale and it's cut my prep time down to half.  i highly recommend it for anyone serious aobut dieting. ”

    “ So i lost 15 pounds this month.  Which i am really proud of.  But i get that the first month is usually the easiest so i'm also a bit anxious because i don't want to be too disapointed (or too discouraged) if i don't lose 15 lbs a month consistantly. My goal really is 10 lbs a month. I have lost 23 of the 110 lbs i want to lose before I go visit relatives in India in december. So i have 87 left. Which means at least 8.7 lbs a month. That's duable right?  ”
