About Me
Things are going good. Cardio/resistance training 5-6 days a week. Still have some fat around the love handle area that's hard to shake. Otherwise, major muscle groups showing good definition. I'm on a high protein diet to supplement muscle gain, and that seems to be working. Need to shift focus in October back to distance running in prep for the racing season. Too much treadmill has taken a toll on my road-worthiness.
