About Me
I moved to SFO in June 2011 and ever since then the weight has been falling off me. I still have more to go. I changed to a pescaterian diet and I am finding there are some things I need to be more aware of as I wade into this kind of diet. What has worked for me is I have to walk a lot more. I can't buy food like I used to. And though I am tight on funds I can still eat healthy without giving in to the crap food out there. I feel like crap eating crappy food... I guess that confirms 'you are what you eat'.
